Displaying column numbers using COLS or COLUMN command

Displaying Column Numbers:

While browsing or editing a dataset we may need to know  the exact column position.

We can view the column positions using the command COLS or COLUMNS.

After using this command following is how it looks:

We can turn off the column display by using the command COLS OFF
